Thousands of users in UK and continental Europe are reportedly unable to access services run by Microsoft including Teams and Outlook.
Microsoft said on social media that it is investigating the matter after identifying some anomalies within its network infrastructure. The tech giant assured users that it is working to isolate the cause of the incident.
According to Downdetector, which monitors website outages, more than 1,200 people in the UK had reported issues with accessing Teams.
Users in Germany, Poland, Sweden and Finland have also complained on social media, saying they have been unable to use Microsoft services.
Microsoft last faced outages in January this year when its services were down for around 5,000 users in the UK, with other users reporting issues from around the world.
Some users of Microsoft’s Xbox Live have also reported issues on social media after being unable to access the service or play games.
National Technology News has reached out to Microsoft for comment.
