Techstars partners Polygon for 2023 accelerator programme

Techstars, an investment and programming business, is partnering with Polygon, an Ethereum scaling platform, for Techstars’ first quarter 2023 accelerator programme based in London.

The partnership will see the 13-week first quarter accelerator programme take on the theme of Web3 theme.

The first quarter will focus on startups that leverage Web3 technologies including blockchain, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and cryptocurrency.

Techstars says the 13-week accelerator will give participating founders the opportunity to develop and join a supportive community of founders.

Throughout the accelerator, founders will receive personalised programmes aimed at developing their businesses, one-to-one mentoring from industry experts, and investor networking opportunities.

Commenting on the partnership with Polygon, Saalim Chowdhury, Techstars’ managing director, said: “As a founder myself and an investor who has supported innovative Web3 projects for several years, I’m incredibly excited about Techstars’s new partnership with Polygon.
