Mike Theaker, VP, HR Strategy & Digital Transformation, SAP SuccessFactors
Mike is specializing in HR transformation and HR service delivery effectiveness. He has over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering HR transformation projects in a range of industry sectors, across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. He has worked at SAP SuccessFactors for four years with his previous roles including: Partner and Global Leader, HR Effectiveness Consulting at Mercer; Global HR & Payroll Service Line Leader at HP; and Associate Partner at IBM. Mike holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Psychology. He is based in London.
