Nissan announces electric vehicle-to-grid systems

Nissan will lead a GBP9.8m programme to investigate how electric vehicles can feed into the power grid with a demonstrator project.

The e4Future project is part of the Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) competition, co-funded by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) and the department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), in partnership with Innovate UK.
