Most valuable tech brands ranked

Apple and Google again topped Interbrand’s latest ranking of the world’s most valuable brands, for 2018, with Amazon climbing to third.

Microsoft, Samsung, Facebook rounded off the top ten from a tech company perspective.
Spotify entered the top 100 list for the first time, coming in at 92, while Netflix, somewhat curiously was only 66th although it was identified as a “top growing” brand by Interdigital, as was Amazon.

Among other tech related brands, Intel took 11th place, IBM 12th, Cisco 15th, Oracle 19th, SAP 21st, Accenture 34th, EBay 38th, Adobe 51st, HP 54th, Siemens 56th, Sony 59th, HPE 65th, Netflix 66th, Huawei 68th, PayPal 73rd, Salesforce 75th, Panasonic 76th, and Nintendo 99th.

Apple’s brand value went up 16 percent to USD 214.5 billion, while at Google, it lifted 10 percent to USD 155.5 billion. At Amazon, it surged 56 percent to USD 100.7 billion.
