Speaker profile: Dan Barrett

Dan Barrett is the Head of Data Science at Citizens Advice. The Citizens Advice Data Science team work to improve internal systems and insight through data analysis, architecture, engineering, and computational techniques. This team prioritises creating a culture where data is democratised and accessible to all. Dan also leads on data strategy development, and is responsible for leading on understanding the practical implications of AI for Citizens Advice and its clients across England and Wales. Dan is motivated by work that makes a positive contribution to society, working in the open, being generous - and learning from others’ experiences.
