Speaker profile: Graeme Down

Graeme has worked for Hitachi Vantara for over 20 years. During that time, he has held several different roles including Technical Manager, Product Ambassador and Partner Pre-Sales Team Leader. He has played a major part in many significant projects and taken an active role in the introduction of several new technologies. Prior to Hitachi he worked in a Pre-Sales capacity for Toshiba Information Systems as well as a venture capital funded company that offered storage as a service before anyone used the term “cloud”. He started his career as a Broadcast Engineer for the BBC and holds a joint honours degree from the University of Birmingham. Currently Graeme is a Solutions Consultant at Hitachi Vantara working mainly within the Commercial Team but also looks after several large enterprise accounts.
