Marek Chlebicki is a Head of Group IT Strategy & Transformation at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. He is responsible for IT strategy for the entire Group, Group-wide IT transformation program (including Cloud migration acceleration, Core banking systems modernization, Data mesh), IT integrations, IT governance & collaboration as well as support to Businesses in discovering and on-boarding of new technology solutions. Marek has broad experience working in financial services both in banking and consulting, including multiple years spend in international environments (ex-Director of Financial Services Strategy & Operations consulting at PwC, ex-Head of Group Operations Strategy at international banking group). Marek specializes in strategy 2 implementation approach, complex transformations (incl. complex technology transformations) & operational excellence. For many years he works with technology & data (strategies, technology-enabled business models, big data analytics, data-driven business solutions) across CEE.
